Self-Installed Concrete Monitoring

Concrete Curing Documentation

Your crew places the embedded sensors during the pour. FinishSure provides placement guidance, continuous temperature monitoring, alerts, and a timestamped project record.

Concrete Monitoring Technology

Dual-temperature sensing with an independent cellular connection

The embedded Dragino sensor records two concrete temperature points. The Dusun gateway carries those readings to the FinishSure cloud without depending on jobsite Wi-Fi.

The encased device body and external probe are reported as Surface and Core. FinishSure calculates the temperature-time factor and provides maturity monitoring without claiming compressive strength in PSI.

Receives the wireless sensor readings and securely forwards them to the FinishSure dashboard, alerts, and project record.

Continuous records

Customer-installed embedded sensors document internal concrete temperature at regular intervals during the critical curing period.

Hot-weather alerts

Flag excessive temperatures, rapid temperature changes, and user-defined project thresholds in hot climates.

Project documentation

Organize pour details, sensor locations, temperature history, alerts, and ambient conditions into a timestamped record.

Simple field installation: FinishSure provides placement guidance and preconfigured monitoring. Your crew installs the embedded sensors during the pour. The sensors are purchased because they remain permanently encased in the concrete.

Individual Sensor

$99
For small pours, test placements, or additional monitoring points.

10-Sensor Pack

$899
Save $91. Ideal for multi-location slab and structural placements.

Placement Guidance Included

Quick-start instructions and project-specific placement guidance help your team identify practical monitoring locations.

What FinishSure Reports

Objective condition documentation—not an unsupported strength claim

Internal temperature history

Minimum, maximum, trends, and duration within project-defined ranges.

Curing-condition alerts

Notifications for high heat, low temperature, rapid cooling, or other configured thresholds.

Environmental context

Ambient temperature and humidity records surrounding placement and curing.

Important: compressive strength is not certified or estimated unless a qualified project team supplies an approved maturity-strength calibration for the specific concrete mixture.
